Projects

Development and introduction of a new product and experimental technology in production at INOS

On December 27, 2018, SIA INOS has signed a contract with the Central Finance and Contracting Agency on the implementation of the European Union funds project Nr. 1.2.1.4/18/A/028. The contract has been signed for the implementation of the project “Development and introduction of a new product and experimental technology in production by SIA INOS”.

The aim of the project is to increase the productivity and competitiveness of SIA "INOS" by developing and introducing in the production of experimental biomass briquette production technology and new product - high calorific briquette charcoal, as well as increasing investment of SIA "INOS" in research, development and innovation. Experimental technologies - manufacturing, installation and testing will be carried out within the project

The total cost of the project is EUR 1 752 272,70, of which the eligible cost of the project is EUR 1 752 272,70, the total ERDF contribution is 55% of the eligible cost of the project: EUR 963 749,98.

The project is expected to be implemented by August 1, 2019.


 

August 08, 2019 SIA INOS has signed an additional agreement with the Central Finance and Contracting Agency on the Agreement on the Implementation of the European Union Fund Project Nr. 1.2.1.4/18/A/028. The agreement provides for extension of the Project implementation term until 25.02.2020.

The aim of the project is to increase the productivity and competitiveness of SIA "INOS" by developing and introducing in the production of experimental biomass briquette production technology and new product - high calorific briquette charcoal, as well as increasing investment of SIA "INOS" in research, development and innovation. Experimental technologies - manufacturing, installation and testing will be carried out within the project

Total project cost 1 752 272,70 EUR, of which Project eligible cost 1 752 272,70 EUR, total ERDF contribution 55% of total eligible project cost: 963 749,98 EUR.t.


 

SIA “INOS” continues implementation of Project Nr. 1.2.1.4/18/A/028 “Development and introduction of a new product and experimental technology into production by SIA INOS” according to the set schedule.

At present SIA INOS has completed all procurement procedures related to the purchase of equipment to be purchased under the Project, as well as concluded contracts with the relevant suppliers. Part of the equipment available on the market has been purchased and delivered to the location of the pilot plant: Kokneses Osis, Koknese Municipality, Koknese Parish, LV 5113.

SIA “INOS” continues to implement Project No. 1.2.1.4/18/A/028 “Development and implementation of a new product and experimental technology in production at SIA“ INOS ”according to the set time schedule.
At the moment, SIA “INOS” has completed all procurement procedures regarding the purchase of equipment to be purchased within the Project, as well as entered into agreements with the relevant suppliers. A part of the equipment available on the market has been purchased and delivered to the location of the experimental production plant: Koknese region, Koknese parish “Kokneses Osis”, LV 5113.
The aim of the project is to increase the productivity and competitiveness of SIA "INOS" by developing and implementing in production experimental charcoal from biomass briquettes production technology and a new product - high-calorie briquette charcoal, as well as increasing SIA "INOS" investments in research, development and innovation. Within the framework of the project, experimental technologies will be performed - production, installation and testing
Total project costs 1,752,272.70 EUR, of which Project eligible costs 1,752,272.70 EUR, total ERDF support 55% of the project eligible costs: 963,749.98 EUR.
The project is planned to be implemented by February 25, 2020.
